Don Juan’s® Perfect Spicy Buffalo Wings

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 pounds chicken wings (split at the joints, tips removed)
  • 1/4 cup Don Juan’s® Hot Wings Seasoning
  • 3 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of apple juice
  • Vegetable oil, for oiling the grill
 

INSTRUCTIONS

For the sauce
Combine Don Juan’s® Hot Wings Seasoning, honey, dijon mustard, apple juice, vinegar and soy sauce in a small glass bowl and whisk to combine; set aside.
 
The Wings:
Working in batches, deep-fry 3 pounds chicken wings in 375 degrees F vegetable oil until golden, about 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
smothered in reserved sauce and serve!
 

TO DUNK THE WINGS

Combine in a chilled glass or metal bowl:

  • 1 cup of Natural Yougurt
  • 1/4 cup of Don Juan’s® Smokey Bacon Ranch Seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup chopped fresh chives

Don Juan’s® Herb Butter Nuggets

 

Ingredients

  • One cup of flour
  • Three level tablespoons of
  • Don Juan's® Herb Butter Seasoning
  • Two eggs
  • One tablespoon of milk
  • Four boneless chicken breasts
  • Half cup of oil
 

Instructions

Mix the flour and seasoning in a bowl. Mix the eggs and milk in a separate bowl. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. Dip the chicken strips into the egg batter thoroughly. Dip the chicken strips into the flour mixture until fully breaded. Make sure the oil is at medium heat before placing the chicken into the pan. Allow one minute to cook on each side until golden brown or thoroughly cooked. Also great on fish, shark steaks, salmon & any other meat!
 
 


Don Juan’s® Herb Butter Grilled Salmon

with Don Juan’s® Smokey Bacon Ranch vegetables and mashed potatoes

 

Ingredients

  • Don Juan’s® Herb Butter Seasoning
  • Don Juan’s® Smokey Bacon Ranch 
  • four 8 ounce fresh salmon fillets
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 bunch of Broccoli
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • Butter
  • Chopped fresh chives for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions

Brush all sides of the salmon fillets with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season generously with Don Juan’s® Herb Butter and salt and pepper to taste.
Place the salmon skin up on a hot grill (350° to 450°) for 4 minutes or until it releases from the grates with ease. Once flipped cook the salmon for a further 3 to 4 minutes.
Next season the broccoli and asparagus with Don Juan’s® Smokey Bacon Ranch and Don Juan’s® Herb Butter Seasoning, and grill until cooked to al dente.
While the vegetables are on the grill, boil the potatoes until tender, mash them adding sour cream, butter and Don Juan’s® Smokey Bacon Ranch Seasoning, garnish with chives.
Serve herb butter salmon with a side of bacon ranch vegetables and mashed potatoes and enjoy with family & trusted friends!
